| “When I was a little boy I used to run around in the fields sniffing the perfume of fresh air being moved. When I used to jump around in cornfields during the threshing feast and tasting the smells and tastes of the dishes that the housewives would bring on the large prepared table in the barnyard, full of farmers celebrating. When, at night, I used to sleep in the big bed with my grandparents, under the thick linen sheets, with it’s particular and intense smell. At that point of my life I didn’t know yet that all these and other things would leave such a sign in my life. Those lights, those rumours, that happiness and those smells, they remained in the bottom of my eyes and my heart. And it is with the same spirit of tradition that I use today to dedicate my love for what I produce.” “Because the moment of taking a coffee can become magical and can stop the time taking us back for a moment in time tasting lost flavours and emotions”
