All products sold on our on-line shop are available at our physical location.
The website is updated periodically.
A regular invoice is issued for every shipped item and, if not otherwise indicated by the customer, is inserted in the ordered box.
The published prices and offers may vary; we therefore reserve the right of modifying them at any time, without giving notice.
If a price is wrong or has been published by mistake, we reserve the right of withdrawing from the sales agreement.
Shipping prices are calculated on the basis of the country of destination and product weight.
Processing your order may require more than 3 working days.
All products on sale are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is valid throughout Italy.
If you pay by bank transfer, your order will only be shipped after our bank account has been credited. To this end, please send us a copy of your bank transfer operation to the email address info@caffegm.it.

If payment confirmation is not sent within 3 days before order delivery, the latter will be cancelled.

Transport costs
Transport costs across Italy, excluding the islands, the region of Calabria and Venice € 9.00 for up to 9.999 kg. For larger quantities, transport is FREE.

Faulty goods
Faulty goods can be returned to Caffè GM within 10 days after delivery.
Return shipping and packaging costs are at the customer’s expense.
Faulty goods will be substituted or refunded (if unavailable) by Caffè GM

Damaged goods
If you receive Caffè GM boxes that have been damaged by the courier, you can:
Return the damaged box to the sender by signing the goods return note. We will then take care of taking back the damaged box and sending you another one.
In case of run out of the damaged product, you will be contacted to find an agreement on its substitution; if you do not find products fit for its substitution in our catalogue, Caffè GM will refund you as soon as the damaged box is received.
Any costs deriving from the shipping and return of the damaged goods to the sender, as well as those linked to the delivery of a new box, are entirely at our expense.

Right of Withdrawal
Purchasing from Caffè GM’s website gives you the right to withdraw, for any reason whatsoever, from the purchase agreement.
Purchased goods must be returned unused.
The right to withdraw is reserved to physical persons only, and therefore excludes purchases by retailers or by anyone purchasing goods with the aim of selling them to third parties.
Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
At their arrival to the store, returned goods will be examined to assess any damages or mishandling – the returned goods’ substantial integrity is a fundamental condition for the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement to be ensured – we therefore recommend that you take care when preparing the package, e.g. using the product’s original packaging.
To withdraw from the agreement, you will have to communicate your willingness to do so within 10 working days from the goods’ delivery date and send them within the next 15 days.

How To Proceed
Send an email to info@caffegm.it stating your intention of withdrawing from the purchase agreement and all the following, required data:

Order number and date;
Invoice number;
What products are subject to the withdrawal;
Your bank account details (IBAN).
You will then have to wait for the product return authorisation to be notified.
Once you receive such notice, send back your item within the next 15 days to:

Caffè GM is committed to refunding its customers within 20 working days after the returned goods are delivered and will credit to the customer an amount corresponding to the value of the goods described in the invoice. Such amount does not include shipping costs.
