We receive coffee in jute sacks and store them in silos. The coffee is then accurately weighted in order to start the blending. After the blending, the coffee is sent to the hopper on top of the roasting machine and is kept there until roasting starts. When the roasting machine is warm enough, the green coffee blend is put inside the roasting drum. During the roasting process, we carefully check the heat inside the roasting machine in order to avoid sudden changes in temperature. Once the right degree of roast is reached, the coffee is put in a cooling tank where the temperature is rapidly lowered through a heat extractor. When the coffee is cold enough, it is stored in a silos again. Coffee is now ready for packing and distribution.
